BK’S KORNER

Rice is good meal. I mean rice and gravy. Rice with some beans on top. Rice in your gumbo is always good. How else do you like rice? How about with sugar and milk. If you’ve never had it, just take a little rice and cover with milk and then douse with sugar. Mmm Mmm good! I’m hungry just thinking about it!

I hated to miss Sunday but I’m sure Joey did a good job. I had a little engagement party to go to. Cheryl and I had never met Larissa’s parents, so we went. Her parents are very sweet and it’s no wonder she is such a good girl.

Cody is getting ready to kick off the Youth Group. He is seeking input from the church body. That is a good sign. What he really needs is some support. Attendance and otherwise. If you are the parents of a youth then you need to make sure that they are here every Sunday.

Cody and his Bible teaching will be like rice, and sugar, and milk! I will be so good! Seriously it will be fantastic. Come on and try it. Wednesday night he will be kicking it off! You don’t want to miss out.
