COME, LET US SING

“COME, LET US SING . . .
for joy to the Lord, let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.  Let us come before Him with thanksgiving and extol Him with music and song. Psalm 95: 1-2

We are about to begin our choir practices leading up to our 2024 Night of Worship – Gospel Singing on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at 5:30 p.m.

This is an invitation to anyone who wants to sing with us. Our first choir practice will be Sunday, May 12, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. in the choir room.

This gospel singing will be like the one we held last year.  It was very well attended and received. Everyone who participated was truly blessed.  And above all, the Lord was glorified.

Please be in prayer for us as we pray for God’s guidance on choosing the songs we will be singing/leading.  We will pray for those who will attend, that the eyes and ears of their hearts will be open to hearing the gospel message through song and the opportunity to believe and receive Christ as their Lord and Savior.  

I hope you put this on your calendar, and you plan to come and bring someone with you who may not know the Lord.

Acts 26:17-18…”I am sending you to them to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.”

Let’s take this opportunity to join in the singing of these “psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom” (Ephesians 5:19-21) in the hope that someone in attendance will be blessed and encouraged to hear and receive the gospel message.
