MUSIC MOMENT
How can I possibly explain in words how it feels to be where God wants you to be leading praise and worship? As I look out into our congregation and see y’all singing to our Heavenly Father, it fills my heart with joy. Your singing also encourages others who sit on your pew or across the aisle to join you.

This past Sunday morning, I felt His Holy Spirit as we sang and played Don Moen’s “Throne of Praise.” As BK said in his message “It’s not just an emotion. It’s an action.” So I did feel The Holy Spirit’s Presence, but I saw it demonstrated when Bro. Ron prayed over our offerings. I saw it when Hiram helped a lady with a her walker. I saw it when the kids came for their devotion time. I heard it when Julia and Lynn played the duet on the piano. I saw it when Barbara legally blind was singing “The Love of God.” I heard it in BK’s message and Emily responded to the message by giving her life to Christ.

We invite The Holy Spirit to fill our hearts, our voices of our congregation to build Him a “Throne of Praise.”
