I wonder what God is going to do next Sunday? I kept saying that last week.  I don’t know, but I am beginning to have this anticipation that God is going to do something every time we meet together. 

Well, what did God do? You may think it didn’t seem like much of anything.  I will tell you what I sensed.  First of all, I sensed an excitement in the air.  An excitement about God and about Him being up to something.  There seemed to be an attitude of fellowship in the air.  People were talking and laughing together with a genuine bond in the love of Christ. There was something else that I heard.  As I stood up there at my pew I could hear worship coming from behind me.  People were singing and worshipping God.  I felt energized.  I felt the spirit of the Lord yesterday.

You know, I think part of it is just the anticipation.  We need to start expecting God to do something.  I have asked you to join me in praying that God would exalt His church, the people would flow to it, hungry for His word and desiring to do His will.  Now I anticipate seeing that happen. I have an expectation that God is going to work.  That expectation helps me to be aware so that I can sense when God is doing something.  I hope that you will join me in expecting God to do something.  I wonder what He’s going to do Sunday?  Guess we will just have to wait and see.

March is our month to work at the Ministerial Alliance. We are asking people to work Monday and Wednesday, 9 am to noon. I will try to have a sign up sheet up by the water fountain so you can sign up to work. Helping the Ministerial Alliance is a great way to help a ministry that is ministering to our very community. 

Last night we decided we were going to ask God to show us where He is at work and then we were going to pay attention so that He could show us.  So pray. Then be on the look out for what God shows you.
