BK’S KORNER
To quote someone from my family, (who shall remain nameless), “I hope they never stop bringing food. Ever.”  Hahaha. I certainly want to thank all of you who have provided meals for us.  You went above and beyond all expectations. The food has been delicious. I think I have eaten better the last 2 weeks than I did on our cruise!  That’s saying something! Thank you, thank you.

As an update, Cheryl is doing very well. She is recuperating very fast.  We are grateful to God for that.  The Doctor called her yesterday with the pathology report and let me just say that it was better than good.  Even the Doctor was excited. We are thankful for all of your prayers and for a God who never ceases to amaze us. 

We are in full blown Vacation Bible School this week. Please be in prayer for all the workers and the children.  Pray that God would plant the seeds of the gospel in these children’s lives. Pray that God would use this week to call children into a relationship with Him. Pray that through this week we could reach mothers and fathers with the gospel as well. 

We have been needing to do a Church Directory for some time now. Especially with all the new members.  We have decided that we would like to try and do it ourselves.  What we will need from you is a picture of you and your family. So go ahead and take a good picture of your family.  We will then ask you to email that picture to Pat in the church office.  Email is the best way for her to get the photo to her computer.  Please do not text it.  Email is what we are asking for. Hopefully we can get this done and get some directories printed.  I will have to check with our technology people, but hopefully we can also put it on our website so that we can update it regularly as needed.  So, get a picture and email it to Pat (pat8460@gmail.com).

I hope everyone has a great summer.  I hope you are getting in some family time. Don’t forget to worship and serve the Lord as well. Pray for our church and community.  That is the most critical thing we can do at this point.  Pray for your One. Remember to Glorify God by Going and Gathering. Rest up because The Pumpkins are coming! Make sure you do not miss the great salvation that God has provided for us in His Gospel.
