BK’S KORNER
Some of you are in the midnight hour right now. The time is dark. The pain and suffering are real. You are at a point of not knowing how much more you can take. Remember that God works in the midnight hour. Just when you are about to be hopeless, God intervenes and does what only He can do. 

Always remember to pray and praise God. Especially at the midnight hour. Continuing to trust and place your faith in God, especially during desperate times can shake the prison. It can release the chains. As John says in his first epistle, it is your faith that overcomes the world. So, stay the course and keep the faith.  Continue to praise and worship our Heavenly Father.

Please take the opportunity this month to help at the Ministerial Alliance. You do not have to sign up, but you certainly can.  It is a great way to serve the Lord and our community.  Also, for the next couple of months we will be collecting Tuna for the alliance. You all are always so generous in your giving.  I certainly thank you for it. 

If you are not attending a small group Bible Study, I encourage you to do so. We have some wonderful Sunday School teachers and classes on Sunday mornings at 9:15. I know you can find a place that you will feel comfortable. Mark Mannino is teaching a class on Sunday Evenings at 6 pm. The class is intitled “Prophecy 101”.  The class is very interesting, and Mark does a great amount of research in preparation for each class. On Wednesday evenings I am teaching a series that I am calling, “All You Really Need to Know.”  We are covering essential truths that every Christian should have knowledge of. 

I would also like to encourage you to continue to make prayer a priority in your life. Without God we can do nothing. We need Him in every aspect of our lives. Every moment of everyday. Our community needs Him. Therefore, let us pray for our community. Let us ask God to make them desire to know Him. Ask Him to begin to draw our community into a relationship with Himself. It would change everything about our community.
